As the timeless quote goes, “If you want the truth, follow the money.”
In a dingy, smoke-filled bar’s backroom in Chicago, Illinois, in the early 2000s, former Goldman Sach’s managing director David Blood and former Vice-President Al Gore were having a drink and speculating on how to become “filthy-stinking rich.” At least in my mind, this is what happened.
Blood; Yes, but Al, the best way to earn (err; extort, scam, steal) vast amounts of cash is by scaring the public, governments, and little children into believing something, whereby they hand over money to save something. Remember the whale in Mexico? That deal earned millions.
Gore; I got it. We convince the world that the earth is warming and we will all die in the next twenty years if we don’t get rid of carbon. We need billions from the government to study this new anomaly, billions to design alternative energy sources, billions upon billions to build solar farms and windmills stretching as far as the eye can see, and you and I walk away filthy-stinking rich or rather fly away in our pretty new Gulf Stream jets. And so the plan was hatched, so to speak.
Here was the plan. Blood and Gore founded a company in 2004 named GIM. In effect, this company acted as a pseudo-Wall Street company that traded in carbon credits instead of company stock. In other words, every company was given x-amount of carbon credits (This was to save the planet). If your company was given 100 carbon credits but needed an extra 25 credits to stay operational, you could purchase credits from “Joe’s Tennis Shoe Shop” in Kenya. Joe had credits because he produced no carbon, but your tire factory did. Blood and Gore earned staggeringly high profits from this scam. Now Al Gore needed to spread the fear, and thus “An Inconvenient Truth” was born.
In 2006, Gore put out a “Docu-drama” entitled “An Inconvenient Truth,” which amazingly earned him an Oscar and a Nobel Prize. Because of his notoriety from being a former Vice-President, this enabled him to “sell” his climate hoax to the masses, and thus “The earth is burning up” was born. Here are just a few of the lies Gore pushed in the ‘documentary’ (err, docu-drama).
The problem for Gore is that his prophecies of global warming are not coming true. In his 2006 film, he claimed Miami and New York City would be underwater long before now. So far, not an inch of Miami’s beach has been lost to rising tides. The Statue of Liberty is still doing well, as is San Diego, San Francisco, and Galveston, Texas. You can read about America’s temperature variations from NOAA in this article. You’ll note in the article that NOAA has tracked the temperature as far back as the 1800s.
If anything is true about Al Gore, we can be certain that he has proven to be an incredible salesman. He sold not only the young people on the crisis of polar bears drowning, but he sold the United States government, Europe, Australia, and half the globe that we will die sooner rather than later. And now the, serious money can get involved. Those being the governments of most of the free world.
Since 2006, it has not only been Al Gore who has managed to capitalize on the ‘fear-mongering,’ but so have many millionaires, billionaires, and corporations. They have all swooped in to scoop up some of the trillions of dollars that the free-world taxpayers have been forced to shell out to “study” and create “alternative” energy sources.
Elon Musk earned tens of billions and now hundreds of billions from creating Tesla from his billions in government grants to create an electric car to “SAVE THE PLANET.” Warren Buffett did the same, only he decided to go the giant wind-turbine route instead of vehicles. Buffett is now earning billions a year from his thousands upon thousands of unsightful giant windmills polluting the vast prairies of the Midwest. Madison County, Iowa, did manage to stop him from further destroying this picturesque county in Central Iowa. How long they can hold out is anyone’s guess. (It should be noted that if you drive up to one of these unsightly windmills, you’ll notice they all turn at the exact same speed. On a quiet day with no wind, they all turn. On a windy day, they still turn at a slow droning rate. The reason is they are powered by electric motors.)
Even Greta (I’ll dare you) Thunberg has managed to get in on the climate scam. This loud-mouthed teenager has become a millionaire from her guilt-ridden speeches about the world burning fossil fuel. Today Thunberg sails around the world (yes, literally on a boat), giving speeches designed to inflame the world’s youth against capitalism and cars.
While the shiny new Teslas are becoming more plentiful and America’s highways seem to be a little quieter, there is a dirty secret. And that secret is much of the ingredients to manufacture these batteries needed to power these $75,000 automobiles come from child labor in the Congo. It is children who are mining the toxic heavy metal known as cobalt, of which 80% of the earth’s supply comes from mines in this African nation. Then there is the cost of replacing these batteries after a few years. This cost is upwards of $20,000 and up, depending on the size of your car or SUV. Now we have to store these used highly toxic batteries when they’re replaced.
Many are becoming fabulously wealthy from “global climate change” or warming or whatever you want to label it. Al Gore did start a movement. Unfortunately, it might not have been the best idea in the long run unless you happen to be the owner of Buffett’s, Musk’s, or Gore’s bank accounts.
