As John Wayne would say, “Not so fast, pilgrim!”
As President Biden slips further into the clutches of dementia, it is clearly evident that his medical condition cannot be hidden from the public any longer. Even the general public (who never watch the news or keep up with politics) has begun to notice that this senior citizen is suffering from a dreaded and horrific disease that shows no mercy the longer you’re afflicted with it. While most Americans who are aware of Biden’s illness are sympathetic toward his family’s plight, the fact is that this man is no longer able to be an effective President. And make no mistake about it, and do not discount, the Democrat National Committee knows this as well, and they know that we, the voters, know also.
Friday evening, around 5:00 PM, Air Force One touched down at LAX International Airport in Los Angeles, California. This was less than twenty-four hours after Hunter Biden had been indicted in California on nine counts of tax fraud, three of which are felonies. The media reports that he attended a significant campaign fundraising event, which is likely true. Any guesses as to “who” was also at this event? Your quick analysis is accurate. None other than California’s Governor Gavin Newsom was in attendance. If you’re an occasional gambler, one would almost have to bet that the President and Governor had a cocktail in the backroom, whereupon the President cut a deal with Newsom to pardon his son of all crimes committed in the State of California. I am “going here” for several reasons before you lob the title “Tin-Foil-Hat” conspiracy theorist at me.
Reason One: Hunter Biden’s trial (if they have one) will expose in a court of law (under oath) the many felonies that Joe Biden committed as Vice-President regarding money laundering, illegal pay-for-play dollars (running into the millions) received from Ukraine, China, Romania and a host of other nations. Current estimates have the figure at or near some fifty million dollars.
Reason Two: The trial would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Joe Biden lied (regarding his involvement with his son and business associates) to the American people on countless occasions, and he would be publicly humiliated. Not that he cares at this point, but the DNC does care.
Reason Three: The FBI, Department of Justice, Attorney General, and many others (including the mainstream media) have covered up Hunter’s and Joe’s treasonist activity for years. The Biden Administration simply cannot afford for the truth to come out at this point; it will forever tarnish (what little the media has) their image irreparably in the eyes of the American people and globally. This is not to mention what the exposure would do to our revered Justice Department.
OPINION:
At this point, the DNC is panic-stricken. They know that if Joe is the nominee, he will lose to Kermit the Frog or anyone else if this case actually goes to trial. They already know due to a litany (to include) of reasons why Joe Biden is unelectable for a second term.
- Biden’s health has become a major concern, and the American people are very aware of his frailty.
- Joe Biden will be linked to mass corruption and is almost without question compromised to China and Ukraine. The Republican Party, in a billion dollars worth of television advertising, will educate the American people about how the DNC and Biden pulled off this scam prior to the 2020 election.
- Bidenomics is proving to be a big “nothing burger” for the American economy, and to make matters worse; the White House Press Secretary was recently “outed” on her continuing lies to the American people about its effectiveness.
The Democrats, at this point, have already begun pushing Gavin Newsom into the public sphere. This is the reason Newsom attended the debate recently with Sean Hannity on Fox News against Presidential Candidate Governor Ron DeSantis. Many pundits claim that DeSantis won that debate, and many liberals claim that Newsom won. In this case, what Newsom did accomplish was to prove that he is the consummate politician who can lie, distort, and spin any issue in which he needs to. The California Governor proved beyond any doubt that he is an expert at campaigning for high office.
And herein lies the problem for the Republican Party candidates running for President. If former President Donald Trump is the nominee, according to nearly all polling, he loses. His only chance is that the Democrat nominee is Joe Biden. According to most polls, Trump would win by a margin of some 5% (average). These polls are under the assumption that Trump is not convicted of any felonies in his upcoming trials in Florida and Washington, D. C… If Trump is convicted of multiple felonies for his involvement in the January 6, 2021, (storming of the United States Capitol), then all bets are off, and according to expert legal analysis, he will likely be convicted next March for, at the very least, “Obstruction of Justice” regarding the top secret document trial. This scenario will likely throw the Republican primary process into chaos.
In my “never to be humble” opinion, we can expect several monkey wrenches to be thrown into this Presidential race in the near future.
- Biden drops out of the race to “spend more time” with his family.
- Gavin Newsom ramps up his Presidential aspirations.
- Kamala Harris announces her retirement into obscurity.
- Trump is convicted, and now it’s a horse race between DeSantis and Nikki Haley for the nomination.
In one more “never to be humble” opinion, with Gavin Newsom being the likely Democrat nominee, the GOP needs to put up a “moderate” Republican. I fully realize that this will infuriate the conservative “MAGA” faction of the party, but the reality is this. To win 270 electoral votes, the GOP has to win several of the Northern Rust Belt states. They must win several of either Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Pennsylvania states. Particularly if the very suave, lying Gavin Newsom is the nominee.
My recommendation is (and this is predicated on if Trump is convicted) Nikki Haley for obvious reasons. The large electoral count states up north are NOT the same Republican voters in which states such as Alabama, Tennessee, and Arkansas are. These are fiscally conservative but socially moderate Republicans. Your large Republican donors have figured this out, and this is why they have pulled their funding of DeSantis SuperPACs. Haley is likely to do well in Iowa and New Hampshire, and of course, she will win her state of South Carolina.
Will Newsome pardon Hunter? Will Joe drop out? Will Trump be convicted? Can DeSantis hang in long enough to become an actual threat to win the nomination? Only time will tell, but one thing is for certain, for the political junkie, this is an exciting time in our history.
