Senator Susan Collins has already telegraphed that she will not vote for the President’s choice for the Supreme Court unless that choice is pro-choice (aka Baby Murderer). Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski has followed her colleague from Maine and said virtually the same thing. Murkowski will be safe this mid-term as she is not up for re-election until 2022. The same is not the same for Susan Collins. Maine has some 335,000 Trump supporters. The President’s are loyal, and most if not all will show up to vote against her if she doesn’t support his Supreme Court nominee. In fact, Collins was so concerned about her electability in 2018 that she considered running for Governor.

USA Today is reporting that the President has narrowed his search to three contenders for Anthony Kennedy’s seat on the bench.  President Trump is zeroing in on a historic choice for the Supreme Court by focusing on at least three solidly conservative federal appeals court judges: Brett Kavanaugh, Raymond Kethledge and Amy Coney Barrett, people familiar with the process said Thursday.

Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell had better realize a couple of crucial points here. The first being that President Trump campaigned on appointing conservative judges to the bench. Trump has gone down his campaign lists and is doing everything in his power to fulfill every promise he made to the American people. These judges are one significant item to both the President and the American citizens. If McConnell in any way tries to pressure the President into appointing someone that is not pro-life, he will be doing so at his own political peril. Secondly, there are over 60,000,000 rabid Trump supporters across America. If you Mr. or Mrs. Senator desire re-election this number, I’m advising that you also support the President’s appointment to the bench. Less you will face a very problematic issue this November.

Trump’s grassroots army will be out in force this November. They’ll be out to vote for candidates who support the President’s “America First Agenda” and his “Make America Great Again” slogan.

The Dem’s have some 26 Senators up for re-election this November, and I’m betting that quite a few of them bite their tongues, cringe when doing so, but I’m wagering that they will vote “yea” for Trump’s nominee. I find it a shame that Murkowski and Collins are so quick to go against the President. But then again, what do you expect from a RINO?
